State of the art Data Center design.
NetRiver utilizes an N+1 rack power distribution scheme. Customers may choose from 120V or 208V metered rack PDU circuits up to 5 or 10 kilowatts per hour. Rack PDU’s are fed from separate floor distribution units and a combination of APC Symmetra Megawatt and Eaton Powerware 9395 UPSs’. Multiple generators back up each utility feed in an N+1 power redundancy scheme. Onsite backup 2MW generators are independently sourced to A&B power feeds. A standby ‘swing’ generator serves as a failsafe to any generator failure. The facility is also fed from independent substations. Sub base fuel tanks serve as backup and primary onsite fuel supply. Separate fuel supply contracts are maintained for eight hour response times. Systems are inspected and tested monthly, ensuring a high degree of uptime reliance for companies looking for demanding power redundancy within their colocation and hosting provider. NetRiver also utilizes a high efficiency energy distribution scheme and has partnered with SnoPUD in its energy rebate program. Customers may use green sources of power biomass, geothermal, and wind to pursue energy conversation programs consistent with their business goals.
